- Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
- Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment confirmation, all digital products are delivered instantly via a download link sent to your registered email address.
- Irrevocability: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods, you acknowledge that the product is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
3. Intellectual Property and Licensing
- Ownership: All content, including the 25,000+ Nano Banana Prompts and the structure of the prompt bundles, is the intellectual property of Merit Me Digital and is protected by copyright law.
- Limited License: When you purchase a prompt bundle, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your personal and commercial creative projects.
- Restrictions: You may not under any circumstances:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the prompt files or any part of the bundle to a third party.
- Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership over any of our products.
- Offer the prompts as a standalone product or giveaway.
- AI Output: We do not claim ownership over the images generated by the customer using the prompts. The rights to the AI-generated images are governed by the licensing terms of the AI platform (e.g., Nano Banana/Google Gemini).
4. User Conduct and Account Termination
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the website or products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these T&Cs.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the products and website at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these T&Cs, especially regarding unauthorized sharing of our digital products.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our products or the information, content, or materials included therein.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Merit Me Digital be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the product.

- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, and specifically the jurisdiction of AP without regard to its conflict of law principles.
